About On The House

Toilet paper is free in every bathroom. Period products aren't.

The result? 3 in 5 Australian women use makeshift solutions—tissues, toilet paper, socks—because period products aren't where they need them.

Meanwhile, brands are haemorrhaging money on ads nobody looks at or remembers.

84% of ads are ignored or forgotten. Meta performance is down 40% in two months. Brands desperate to reach women (who control 85% of household purchases).

Two massive, broken markets. Massive opportunity in the middle.

On the House installs vending machines in high-traffic bathrooms that double as digital billboards.

Brands pay to reach women in a zero-distraction, high-gratitude moment. Those ad dollars fund free, biodegradable period products.

We're building the world's most trusted female attention network. Each interaction produces real first-party data, brand lift, and clear attribution.

Roles

We're hiring 4x Field Operations Contractors — One in each East Coast major city (Gold Coast, Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney)

No experience required. Ideal for young people looking for ad hoc work.

We're building something that's never existed before, and we need good people on the ground to help us troubleshoot and action tasks on the fly.

The role

This is ad hoc field work where we reach out when something needs doing, and you make it happen. We can be flexible around your schedule, and simultaneously we need you to be comfortable with last-minute support.

A machine gets jammed, something needs replacing, we need someone to attend a site visit — you're our go-to person.

Locations are all within 30-minutes from the central cities - Gold Coast, Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney.

Coordination is low friction — everything runs through a WhatsApp group.
